SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT - BYRON PLACE, ETCHING HILL

Good afternoon, 

We have been contacted by a resident on Byron Place in Etching Hill reporting that between 01:30 and 01:50 this morning (24/11) a male was seen holding a large torch and seemed to be paying attention to vehicles and properties. The male then left the location on foot. 

We are investigating the incident and are appealing for anyone with information or CCTV/Dashcam Footage to get in touch. Our incident reference is 0385 of the 24th of November.
